Dinosaurs-volcano party

This weekend we celebrated another birthday in the theme of dinosaurs and volcanoes! Did you know that approximately 700 species of dinosaurs existed on Earth? Dinosaurs are a group of reptiles that have lived on Earth for about 245 million years. Although some types of dinosaurs were gigantic and did look fearsome, likely weighing more than ten times as much as a giant African elephant. However, paleontologists have unearthed the bones of many smaller dinosaurs over the decades. Some are the size of a donkey, and some are not much larger than a chicken! The vast majority of dinosaurs were plant-eaters.

The children were also paleontologists and made their dinosaur fossils from homemade dough.
What followed was a hunt for dinosaur body parts hidden in different parts of our kindergarten. When the team found all the pieces (five of them in total), they had to assemble a puzzle in the form of dinosaurs, and the inscription on them led them to a hidden treasure. The treasure was sweet and delicious for all 🙂
Birthday boy blew candles on a magnificent cake in the same theme after games, dancing, and imaginative dinosaur movements! The party ended with the eruption of a volcano, which the children activated themselves with the help of household preparations!
